Sushi Friends in Toronto

Ordered the spicy salmon online numerous time, good quality and fresh standard, clean food. I hope to visit after the quarantine

Delicious sushi. Good service and value.

My salmon was so burnt I had to send it back. The second attempt was thin and overcooked. I didn't eat that either, was not offered any other option. The rest of the meal was also not up the standard that we were used to at this restaurant, when it was called Sushi Delight and not Sushi Bistro.This could very well be a one-off, but we will not be going back, unfortunately. Very disappointing. I really liked this resto before.

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we enjoy a cheerful time. highly recommended.

I have been going to this place for some time. The food is excellent particularly the sushi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are more than reasonable. If you are paying for a large group this is the place to go. It's easy on the pocket book. Ice cream is their only dessert but they have green tea, red bean, & mango which I recommend to try them all. You can also have endless cups of tea.

Fresh and delicious but not a lot of veggie options

Great value for money. I got chicken teriyaki lunch, mixed tempura and chicken udon, portion size were amazing. I was satisfied with the quality and presentation of the foodTaste was as you would expect from a japanese restaurant.

Very poor service. Our dinner delivery order was terrible, got a burnt Karage with almost no dipping sauce, no soy sauce for the sashimi & sushi rolls, Tempura sauce was wasted, no napkins & even chopsticks were included. It was seriously a disappointing delivery service. Worst of all... 1 hour late delivery.

I have not had great experiences with restaurants with take out looking like the pictures online. Here, I was very impressed with the portion size, speed and taste of my sushi order. I will be ordering from here again soon.

This spot is my preferred one. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very warm and the food they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Absolutely Disgusting rolls. Everything had a metallic taste..each base (green dragon, white dragon.....were rock hard and cold as they obviously used premade items.....tasted like terrible grocery store food. Tempura shrimp was soggy and old.....sashimi was all salmon when it was supposed to be mix of salmon and tuna....avacado was browning....tuna was frozen solid....my worst suishi experience in 20 years. Totalled almost 65 dollars for inedible meal.

This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a superb supper, this restaurant comes instantly to my head. fresh and many types of food and a rich cuisine.professional staff members, and agreeable spirit. Also important, the charge is reasonable. I sent my friends to this place with pleasure.

This place was my go to but service and quality has been tanking. Dine in has been bad and my last order was over 2 hours for delivery. Everything was warm and did not taste fresh. My wife was sick all night and the restaurant wont pick up or return calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered about 5 times from these guys through Uber Eats in the past 2 weeks.You get great value for your money. They are currently running some $2/3/4 specials. The sushi is fairly fresh and decent quality. Not the best quality sushi, but it's still sushi and it tastes good. Also they add 1 or 2 free rolls or appetizers with your order, which is awesome. Not sure how long this promotion will last though.Some things I don't like:- Their wasabi is weird. The color looks a bit funky.- The fillings is a bit on the smaller sideOverall a really great sushi place and I have been eating sushi 4 times a week thanks to them.

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a brilliant evening and the venue was surely one of the reasons for that happy evening. The stuff helped in a splendid way, the cuisine was tasty and my friends were extremely cheerful. We shall absolutely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I got to say their customer service is always great and they keep the spot clean all the time. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.

Food looked better than it tasted. Waitress seemed unconvinced to serve us. Poor communication. We got the dinner for 2, left most of the food as it wasn't very good. I told her the food didn't taste good she didn't seem to mind. Try somewhere else.

This is the type of establishment that needs higher rating than the current 4-point something. I find people are too generous with Google reviews and we often dish out 4’s and 5’s as long as you don’t get sick - but we need to be more strict going forward. Having said that, this place is superb in terms of variety (not just sushi and sashimi), the ingrideints were fresh and the preparation is absolutely on point. Poke bowl had such a delightful contents in it, including the fresh tuna sashimi along with the field of greens. Mix of mayo and yuzu ponzu is pure brilliant collabo. Katsu on curry katsu was fried to perfection, delivering mouth waterring crunch until the last bite. Curry itself also was very decadent and rich. Everything gave you a wholesome homecook type of vibe, with a fast and prompt services. This is definitely my east-end go-to Japanese joint from now on.

Love this place! Every time we come here, the food is always prepared to perfection, even if it can be slow at times. I especially love their lunch specials; a generous amount of food for a very good price. I've come here enough times that now I know one of the main chefs and a couple of the waiters, and they know me as well. If you're nice to them, then they will be nice back, and may even give you ice cream on the house!

Just left sushi bistro, so DISGUSTING! Waited one hour and new something was going on because staff looked nervous and missing in action. HEALTH INSPECTOR there checking cleanliness. Fully takes down green pass while we are sitting about to eat. I approached her and she confirmed she’s the Health Inspector- “they have a few things they need to work on!!!” Gross!!!!!! When it was Sushi Delight a mouse was under our table! Same owners still- do not eat here! To boot- we paid!!!!!!! Never stepping foot in there again!!!!!

Love this place, my go to sushi place, great value and quality

I've been coming here for 15 years and have always been satisfied with the service and quality. Their sushi pizza is hands down the best as well as the dressing on their salad. Reasonably priced too. Have tried other places but non come even close. Keep it up!
